Hi everyone I just have a quick question, I'm not entirely versed in everything GPU yet (I'm still learning) I use MSI afterburner to monitor my temps and manage my fan speeds for my GTX 770.

There are two options that allow me to adjust the memory and or the core clock. I have looked around and I haven't found a real answer on to what these are for. I just wanted to know if these do any thing in terms of performance or If I should just leave them alone. I felt I should ask since I have no idea and I wouldn't want to do anything damaging.

Thanks

Hey !

The core clock is essentially how fast the actually gpu proccessor is functioning so the higher the core clock the faster the GPU will work, the memory clock is how fast the memory will work, increacing this may lead to a incredibally small performance increace but it would be so small that it is not worth the risk of overclocking so just leave it at stock. I have a GTX 770 overclocked also so if you have any questions just ask!

Hope this helped !
