No, it is not, it is a tier 3 according to this list:

Ideally, you want a tier 1 or 2 PSU for gaming, especially with a graphics card that uses so much power.

We gave you the link to the one which is OK. If that is out of your budget, please tell how much are you willing to spend on the PSU. Note that a quality PSU will cost you above 90 AUD in any case.

Alright thanks. Also, one more thing. Will this rig be able to play new release games on high settings for the next few years?
