It'll do just fine, since you won't (and can't) OC your CPU. Make sure to get 2 sticks of RAM, since you can't add more later, without removing current ones.

It's been quite some time since Haswell-R released, the motherboard should come updated from factory. That, unless you get a really old piece.

Avoid CM PSUs, most are not good quality wise. Antec is in general a good buy for PSUs, but I am not sure about that particular unit. I've put a request regarding it's quality in the appropriate forum so I shall be able to tell about it's quality soon.

Update: The Antec is a Delta OEM so it should do just fine for the build, you can go ahead with it. Incase you were wondering, this is a good thread to place PSU related queries and get a grasp of PSU quality:
