Hey i want to buy a gaming pc that will run csgo minecraft and ac rogue at mid or high settings with 500 euros..or 600 if 500 are low..!!

In some CPU intensive games like the upcoming GTA 5 it can bottleneck that CPU but in most games it won't bottleneck as long as you play at 60 fps or less. The budged for optimal gaming PC is over 650€ at the moment, with 500€ you can't have it all.

In general when your graphics card will be at 100% load the CPU will be bellow 75% of usage. So in general the GPU is still the weakest link. The PC build is balanced so the rare cases of CPU bottlenecking the GPU shouldn't be an issue.
