AMD 6600k CPU with integrated Radeon 8570 - can I use Nvidia?

I have an AMD 6600k CPU with Radeon 8570 integrated graphics card. I want to run GTA IV but it's not capable of running it in even half decent settings. I bought a "gaming PC" from the_pc_customiser from ebay.co.uk and to be honest its not really a gaming PC its terrible. I want to be able to run GTA IV modded on med-high settings. Am I able to buy a Nvidia graphics card and use this with my CPU?

You should buy a AMD Raedon series graphics, You can crossfire your apu and discrete card and get even more performance than with Nvidia card. AMD Raedon has mantle which gives you performance boost with games like Battlefield 4.
