So recently I took my old hdd from my hp desktop that had windows and some other files in it I put it into a diffrent computer that had all the same specs as my original hp but a diffrent cpu and it worked fine now I have finally built my new computer and then when I plug the hdd in the new computer it freezes half way though the moving windows 7 logo and then my computer would restart itself and say startup repair and I do it and still the logo is freezing do I need a fresh new OS or do I need to fix somthing
