I have the original Grand Theft Auto 4, and I'm experiencing FPS drop when I put my settings to medium or high on a decent PC. I tried contacting Take-Two Interactive Software, but they never replied back.I tried disabling Windows Event Log & Collector, but that didn't change much. If anyone is willing to help me with this issue, I will gladly appreciate it. Below are my PC specs:

Monitor: Philips 200WS (1680x1050@59Hz)
