Hello there. Warmer days started and my CPU started to rise temperature i were okay with that since i didn't clean my pc whole winter. Today i decided to clean whole case, i replaced thermal paste, clean dust from every single part, it's pretty much like at day i bought it, dust free.
But still although there is no dust, cpu has new thermal paste, i have one side 120mm and 2x 80mm back fans, cooler master hyper tx3 evo which is more than enough for my AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ in my opinion, PC still overheat during heavy load. (Heavy load explanation: Twitch stream + an extra tab at chrome = 98-100% cpu usage)
Does anyone have advice what should i do besides buying new PC?

This grandpa is 7 years old could that be factor?
Idle temp 30*c - Load temp 80*c and rising.

Thanks in advance, sorry for bad grammar and long post

Well you are certainly asking the CPU to do more then it can, thus the 100% load.

Also depends if that is a 125W chip, 95W, or 65W. Several revisions of the Athlon X2 series.

Regardless, a new motherboard, processor, and ram would be advisable in this situation.

Fairly short post, and your grammar is quite good. Sentence structure is a little lacking, but it works.

PC spec:
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+
Ram - 2gb ddr2
Graphics - AMD Radeon HD 6450
Power supply - some Chinese 450w
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2
HDD - MAXTOR S TM3320820AS 320gb
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Case fans - 1x 120mm (side) exhaust; 2x 80mm (back) exhaust
Cooler - Cooler master hyper tx3 evo

I do know i need to buy new pc, but right now am not in situation to do so. Am just wondering to know why it start overheating so heavily even with those extra fans and cooler, 2 years ago it was 40-50*c during gaming only with stock cooler.

Temps are on idle, I have been stressing PC for 40 mins and temp was 94 - 98°c but even that hot, exhaust fans were exhausting not even warm air, I remember back then when cooler was dirty and overheating, whole PC case was hot. Now PC case is cold while CPU temp is 95...even power supply fan exhausting just bit warmer then cold.

Okay, so i was stressing pc with HeavyLoad software and i were touching parts in my pc case, then i accidentally touched one of back fans and got scared and slapped my cooler or maybe it was something else and temperature from 96*c dropped instantly to 60* during heavyload stressing, since then stressing pc or playing games temperature never goes above 60*c, while stressing with AIDA64 Extreme goes to 80-90*c, but still i don't bother anymore about that, i put too much effort to fix this overheating.
