Cpu Bottleneck, What is the problem

Some of my specs:

Gainward GTX 970

i5 4690k

8GB with ram

MotherBoard: Asus B85 PRO GAMING

Please help. I want to buy one more graphics card or should i buy a new processor? What do you think HELPS?

His GPU is a 970, he doesn't need much more than that either.

The question is, what game(s) are you having trouble with, and what resolution are you using? What graphical settings are you using as well?

A lot of people think that they should be able to play every game maxed out with 8x MSAA, when the reality is, PC games are not designed to be "maxed out" in that manner. Those settings exist just because they can, and you get the option to fine tune it to your system. Generally, a little lower AA is all that is needed with a setup like that, unless you are using a high end resolution.
