Upgrade my Notebooks Amd E-300 APU & Other Misc. Questions

I have a laptop that I recently acquired. It has an AMD E-300 APU, I am wondering if i can upgrade the processor to something faster with more cores. I know the processor is not soldered to the motherboard. I'm also wondering if I can get a back lit keyboard.

i sont know if i can get the model number right now. i think its inside my pc because there is no pc on the bottom saying what it is.

I don't know what to do then. I don't know how much i would get for it and I am only 14 and don't have a job. Guess i should just save up and try to get what I can out of this then. Eh, it does good enough on what I need it to. I have a list on pc part picker iv been saving up for but i cant get money fast enough for that either. ( its like $650 and i only have $150 after saving for 3 months.) So i guess ill stick to trying to find somewhere that will accept someone my age to work. :( thanks for the help.
