I wasn't sure on what to put as a accurate title but i want to buy some gear so that i could have my i5-4690k running at 5Ghz (or more) on all cores but stably and with relatively low temps under full load. I'll be reaching full load now and then outside of stress testing when rendering videos and stuff with Sony Vegas Pro so it's important to me that i don't go over 75c max temps.

So what kinda cooler should i get?
-Budget wise, i'd probably need to go for a Air cooler.

Any Case coolers that are quite and are a good standard up for recommendation?
-If possible, In a mix or one of these colors: Black, green, blue.
^(My rigs theme)^

Now away from buying...

What kinda voltage might be optimal for a 5Ghz clock speed?

Would it be recommended with my PSU? (EVGA 600B 600W Bronze)

Specs:
CPU: i5-4690k
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb DIMM kit. @ 1600
GPU: MSI GTX 970 GAMING Twin Frozr V 4GB GDDR5
MotherBoard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
PSU: EVGA 600B 600W Bronze
Case fan: 1x120mm fan (Came with case.)
Case: Sharkoon VS3
OS: Windows 8.1 pro 64bit

P.S: If i missed anything out, just ask.

Thanks for all replies! :)

You will be lucky to get 5.0 GHz. Whether you make the overclock depends not only on your overclocking equipment, but on the piece of silicon itself. You might not get one that can make it to 5.0.
That being said, get a higher rated PSU and higher wattage to help deal with ripples.
As for the cooler, get the Phanteks PH-TC14PE

Exactly what i was just thinking. 5Ghz is just not realistic on air cooling. For the temps the OP is trying to achieve (75C while rendering) a more realistic overclock would be right around the 4.4-4.8Ghz mark.
