If I were to build this rig come September, will it be a bad*** killa machine at that time?

Here's the rig:

CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K (tray/OEM) - $299.99 (Microcenter)
Mobo: MSI X99A Gaming - $299.99 (Amazon)
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming PCiE 3.0x16 Support G-SYNC - $349.99 (Newegg)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 2x4GB 2400 MHz - $69.50 (Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - $36.99 (Microcenter)
PSU: Corsair CX Series 750W - $87.74 (Amazon)
Case: NZXT CA-PH240 Red $64.99 (Newegg)

Think that's pretty much it. If you could suggest me better parts, do so. I wanna rip every game that comes out. And if you also could tell me if better places where I could get these parts for lesser, please do so.

I heard Intel is coming up with its tick Broadwell CPUs. Will they be any good over the Haswell-E chips (especially which I'm buying) for the same price range? And what about Skylake? When will they release? I think they're gonna be very expensive.

Also AMD is bringing up new R9 300 series cards which have HBM (probably faster than GDDR5). When do you think the high end budget cards in the series will release?
Should wait or just nail it this September?

Solution
don't even bother designing the build till august. everything will change by then. Read reviews, stay on top of the news. Then you'll be in a good position to make decisions.
