Trying to install Windows 8 from a flash drive, but I'm not sure what to do once the flash drive is in (ASRock z97 Pro4)

Under Hard Drive BBS Priorities, the only boot option is my hard drive. The flash drive is detected in the System Browser, but I can't seem to boot from it. How do I get Windows 8 installed?
