These memory kits are rated at 1866 and cost the same after rebate in Newegg. There are always same rebates on memory, so I recommend buying 1866+ RAM. For $3-5 more you can get a 2133 kit.

Asrock H97M Anniversary is $4 cheaper and you won't see any difference between it and his bigger brother. There will be more airflow, so even it can be a possitive effect.
Gigabyte has a cheaper and more OCed GTX 960.
Finally, I think every +$600 system should have a SSD, even a cheap 64GB one for just Windows and some programs like Office. It increase the responsiveness drastically, you will never go back to HDDs for the OS if you try one.
Overall it's a good system, but you should never buy the copy of someone system, as rebates and prices fluctuate too much, you can base your decision on it, but check for the better prices.
