Is this RAM compatible with my CPU/Motherboard?

Hello, I have the intel i5-4690k processor and the ASRock Z97 PRO3 LGA 1150 motherboard.

I am very inexperienced with RAM, but this looks like a great deal from what I've seen and if I'm going to purchase it, I would like to make sure it's compatible. Thanks!

Edit: The RAM page says "Compatible with Intel LGA1155/LGA1156...platforms", and based on my CPU/motherboard, I think I have an 1150 system. I guess I'm just not sure if that makes a difference.

Yes the ram is 100% compatible with your setup.

Nice choice on the Ram , Ripjaws X is a great fit for the Haswell platform.
