While watching Netflix, My CPU temperature 44C. But my CPU fan is at 5443 RPM. The CPU fan is very noisy at this speed and very annoying.

Do I need a new fan or do I need to find a new cooler? Can anyone direct me to a newegg or amazon link to find me a cheap(but good) CPU cooler or just a fan? Preferably just a new reliable fan

I just upgraded to a Phenom II X4 965 AM3

Update, now the fan is running at 5818+ RPM.

hyper 212 evo has 120mm fan on it and its 160mm (from contact pipes up to the top) total, so u need to check can it actually fit in your case.
My pc case is too small for that cooler so am using cooler master tx3 evo. Which has 92mm fan on it and its 136mm from contact pipes up to the top. tx3 evo is cheaper than 212 evo for about 10 bucks too. I wouldn't recommend you to go for cheaper then tx3 since you might have overheating problems.
Other than buying new cooler you could check forum for slowing down your cooler to 2500-3000rmp since your temp is not bad and see how it goes, it would make it less loud.

Just precautions question is cooler dust free? if so i assume it's stock cooler, there are lot of more silent and better overall coolers for example cooler master hyper 212 evo which is fairy cheap and should do the job.

I cleaned the whole computer before installing the new CPU with powerful air. As I write this, the CPU fan is now at 6024 RPM and CPU core is at 44C. The fan sound like a jet engine.

Do you know what MM the fan is? Is it 80mm? Can you recommend me other coolers that are cheaper than that?
