I'm building a 750 dollar PC for light video editing and gaming. I don't play really demanding games in most cases. I tend to stick to things Like Team Fortress 2, other Valve games, some causal stuff like Tabletop Simulator, and Civilization (which I really don't care about frames for). Considering how little requirements there are to run TF2, will I be able to stream it with this build?

changed to quality PSU and also drop that SSD its one of worst performing ones get a high quality HDD WD BLACK/ upgrade SSD to 850 evo later on when you have $
ALso I WOULD check if you have a MICROCENTER nearby if you go there you can get 4690k i5 for $199.99 there and +$40 off any motherboard when you buy that some older z87 boards cost like $80(effectively $40 with 40off) there so you would save $ and actually get a better cpu/mobo + you can overclock

Slightly cheaper AMD Alternative that would still be enough for your purpose. Including a good CPU Cooler, DVD Drive and a good SSD.

Based on my research, I'm not going to use that CPU. Based on past threads that I find, the i5 is a better CPU for editing.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rRwzgs Changed the GPU due to it not being available on Amazon. Amazon's availability on the i5 is always changing, and it ends up rounding off to about 200 dollars, fitting my budget. Then again, I'll probably buy the CPU from Microcenter. There's one thats like 26 minutes away. Since I don't have the budget for an SSD right now, I'm going to get a hard drive to keep all my videos. If it was just for mass storage I'd go for a blue, but the black is more reliable and somewhat faster from what I've read. I'm definitely going to add an SSD when I can.

You're lucky to live near a microcenter. The i5 4590 is usually $159 in store. I though your budget was $750? You could easily fit a ssd in that budget. The warranty is the only reason I would get the WD Black over the Blue, but then again, it's usually around $80, not $66 so that's a good price.
