Could be anything at this point. Given that it only happens when you are playing games, I am thinking temperature, GPU or PSU. Hard to tell.
Have you checked your temperatures? You can also try to make a Memtest bootable flash drive to test the memory, or try PartedMagic as a bootable flash drive to test your hard drives. If you are having trouble making the USB bootable PenDriveLinux can make the process easier. You can also try using the BlueScreenViewer from Nirsoft to open the crash dump files from your BSOD to see if there is a reoccurring and underlying cause for the crash.

Something like HWMonitor should allow you to see what your temperatures are doing. If your computer is running in a warm environment and has also built up a fair amount of dust since you first began using it, the CPU or GPU heat sinks could be clogged, preventing adequate cooling.

Usually, when you get a BSOD, there is a STOP error message. You can usually gain insight into what is causing the system to enter that state if you are able to get a look at the information on the STOP screen.

You might try a utility such as Blue Screen Viewer and see if it can analyze the source of your BSODs.

So, is Blue Screen Viewer pointing to a particular driver, such as "atik*.sys," as the culprit, as this sounds like a driver issue?

When was the last time you updated your graphics drivers?

Does this happen if all power management is turned off in Windows?

Does the computer ever go to sleep before this happens?
