So this is my psu. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-520w-atx-power-supply-silver/5610116.p?id=1219144863171&skuId=5610116 Not the best but my older, better quality one fried when the power suddenly went out in my house. Ran to bestbuy and bought one of these. It's really a quiet, decent psu from my experience only recently I hear this feint, but noticeable rattling. It's very quiet but becomes more obvious when I play graphically intense games. It's sounds like a piece of paper being hit with a ceiling fan but very slightly. I often forget about it. Is there a way I can open it up and see if maybe a screw is lose? I opened up my pc and tightened every screw I could around the PSU but still there. It's definitely not supposed to make that noise, yet it doesn't sound like it's failing or anything like that. Only got it a few months ago.

Would it be worth it to take out the psu and blow air into it? If i pick up the pc a little when its rattling it stops sometimes. Thinking maybe somethings stuck in there

Next time it happens, you might want to try putting a cardboard tube to your ear and poke around with it to pinpoint the area where noise is strongest, just to make sure it is really coming from where it seems to be coming.

That said, taking it out for a visual inspection and quick cleaning does not hurt.
