So, I bought a PS4 hoping to use my current LCD monitor as the display. The monitor has only two connectivity options DVI and VGA. I already had a hdmi male to dvi female adapter, so I tried to use that with the ps4 and the monitor. But the ps4 won't detect any display and the led turns white.
I tried holding the power button till 2 beeps so that ps4 would adjust display accordingly, but still nothing.
The same hdmi-dvi adapter if I use with my computer, it works fine.
Could any one tell me how to resolve this issue.
