Hi need some help on this issue any suggestions is welcomed with open arms.
Now my computer has never had issues until this week and can run most games i play on high - max graphics depending on which game i am playing.

Computer specs:
windows 8.1 64bit
Asrock z77 extreme 4
Zodiac geforce gtx 570 ( gpu )
Corsair CX750m (PSU)
2x 4gb gskill ares ram

Issue : As of late anytime i play a game on my PC my computer will crash and i am not sure why. Also when i turn on a game my graphics card will make a buzzing noise and will crash overtime ( time frame usually from 30 seconds - 5 min) and will only happen when a game is being played. My GPU temps usually 30-40 idle and 50-60+ when game is active.

What I've tried doing to fix problem : Bought a new internal hard drive, virus scanned , cleaned the dust out of everything, increased fan speed on GPU as well as not to overclock, clean installation re-installed windows.

Could this be a power supply dying ? is my graphics card dying? need some advice, please and thank you.

Solution
To test the gpu could you run Furmark or the Unigine Valley benchmark. You could make a log to see how the psu is with that going on,

Download hwinfo32,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors only=V,after that click run, then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,after that choose a name and place for the log. like Hwinfolog at your desktop.Leave it open and do game/stresstest or whatever you do until a crash. The log will end at that point but will be saved.
After the restart upload the log to a site without to much crap (!),for instance dropbox, and leave a link to it here. You could also look at the log yourself with either excel or libre office calc.

Did you...

No only have one system in the house so wouldn't be able to test it on another computer. Is there a program out there that can test my PSU or GPU to see if it's faulty?

Did you already try to uninstall the drivers for the gpu using this tool?

get the latest WHQL drivers from here,

ya i have done a complete uninstall for old drivers and re-installed the new ones already hoping it's more of a psu problem since obviously that would be the cheaper buy lol. I'll try the tests and see what happens thanks vic 40. If anyone one else has a possible solution i am open to it as well :)

Well i ran the unigine valley benchmark and crashed 5 slides in out of 18, so i'm guessing the culprit to my crashes is the graphics card i assume?
