can i mix this ram togather please asap

Solution
What RAM do you currently have, what speed (MHz) and timing. And also, why are you upgrading to 16gb?

It will probably work, but if your current RAM has worse specifications than this RAM than these sticks will not be able to use their full speed.

The nearest Kingston equivalent memory kit found (so far) is part number KHX16C9T3K2/8X. This kit seems to match the existing HyperX Black kit with identical capacity, voltages, chip architecture, and principal timings. However, depending on sub-timings, these two kits may or may not work together (properly). There may be system instability, or system may not even boot. Then again the two kits may work, if lucky.

Using four memory modules loads the system more so than using just two memory modules. So if 16 GB memory must be used, it is recommended to use a 2 x 8 GB dual channel kit instead of two dual channel kits (4 x 4 GB modules) to ensure compatibility/stability.

That seems to be the accepted thought's for the Titan X, yes. Also keep in miind if planning to 'add' DRAM to your current sticks, there is no guarantee they will all play nice, evebn if you could find an identical set to your current set. Mixing any packages of DRAM is a crapshoot.
