Solution
You don't get the problem.

You can't afford better GPU than the R9 270X because you are spending too much money on the CPU and motherboard.

i5-4460 + ASRock H97 Pro4 + R9 280/GTX 960 will give you better performance than i5-4690k + Z97 Gaming 3 + R9 270X.

Spend less on the CPU/Mobo and you can afford a good GPU.

TL;DR You don't have enough budget to afford i5-4690k with a Z97 Motherboard.

Could you kindly stop posting these things? Actual assistance in providing improvements are much more helpful than saying 'yes It's good' based on minimum requirements.

Manish, there is no balance in that build.

The motherboard is too expensive compared to the rest of your build. It's a Z97 motherboard that can be overclocked yet the CPU is a locked one and can't be overclocked

The R7 260 1GB in crossfire is poor. It would give you really bad performance at 1080p. Forget crossfire in general, you need one powerful graphics card.

What's your budget?

With this build you would find yourself in a really good direction:

@RCFProd

I won't. People should be able to look at requirements like everyone else.
If he needs assistance to pick parts, that's not his actual question. He is asking if the computer will run the game.

And the answer to that question is YES.
The build might be shit, but again, I am answering his question.

I think you are right but I believe in Brands like MSI, ASUS and Intel for Mobo.

Brand name is not important. The quality of a certain motherboard is all that matters.

Besides that, ASRock makes excellent motherboards. The motherboards they make under 90-100 dollars are better than both the Asus and the MSI motherboard around the same price range.

The ASROCK H97 PRO4 is a really good motherboard for the price.

I also have an ASROCK H97 Motherboard and I'm happy with it.
