I'm having trouble finding a good power supply. Any help?

I've already done an online power needs calculator, and I got 600 watts. I might add some other parts in the future, so bump that up to maybe 700-750 ish. My biggest problem is making sure it has enough ports to support my graphics card and fans in particular (Up to seven). I also have no idea how to deal with the amps. Any help appreciated.

Power supply quoted above is an excellent choice. Also, consider a fan controller with so many case fans.

So I'm a bit confused about that. I'm pretty sure each slot supports 8 gigabytes of ram, and I plan to upgrade in the near future, so why wouldn't I get the 8 gb stick? Is it faster speeds or something?
