If you are the one with the GT 740, expect to play it on low settings. Really low.

Yeah you will be able to play GTA V but on the lowest settings or even slightly medium if the game is well optimised.

unless it 640x480@ sub 20fps resolution there is no way 740 could ever hope of coming close to ultra in BF3 with playable fps, the card is not meant for gaming, it's more a general purpose card, anyway you will be able to run it, but as stated probably low settings
