GTA V on PC, is my rig decent enough?

I have all the minimun requirements, but none of the reccomended.
I have:
6GB RAM
Radeon HD 6770
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8ghz

I can run some games fine (Dark Souls 2 at 60fps medium/high) while others struggle more (Dark Souls 1/The Witcher 2). Is this rig good enough to enjoy GTA V (don't care so much about graphics, but framerate is nice)

You may not get the highest frame rate but you can drive around without massive stutter. I know for a fact this will run on less than the minimum CPU because I've installed this on my Core2Duo machine but I did have a Radeon HD 4830 and the game stuttered horribly after the first mission to the point that it was unplayable. After installing my new R7 260x 2GB video card (in a PCIe 2.0 slot even) the game runs like a dream even on the Core2Duo CPU.
