Hi, I was moving my RAM around in the slots to allow for Dual Channel mode, and when I tried booting my PC it gave me a red light next to the RAM modules. Please note that it was working fine before I decided to move it, and now it won't boot despite being back in the original slots.

I'm running these specs :
i7 4790k
2 x 4 GB Kingston HyperX Fury Black RAM (possibly the culprit)
GTX 780 SC
ASUS Z87 Sabertooth
2TB Seagate HDD
Corsair 850W PSU

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Worth a try. Leave the RAM in their original slots, shut down and unplug / switch off the power (you did that while you were working with RAM, right? Never work with RAM with any power to the machine.) and reset your CMOS (remove the battery for ~30 seconds, replace the battery, BIOS defaults will be set). Then see if the machine boots.
While it is UNPLUGGED, might be a good time to remove each RAM stick and blow out the slots, then reinstall and make sure each stick is fully seated in the proper slots before you boot: For dual channel insert one stick in ea. of the beige slots.
