i have my os installed on my SSD and i have a secondary HDD (4tb WD) but i cant figure out how to convert it to GPT to access more than 2tb of it.

i have tried many tutorials but i cant seem to figure out what is going wrong. the "convert to GPT" is faded and and unclickable and the CMD way results in an error, looking for any help

Ah, your system partition seems to be on that drive, which is probably why it won't let you clean it. I've got no idea how you can move it without doing a clean install, or even how it got there...
You could maybe try doing a clean install of Windows on the ssd, but make sure the other drives are disconnected while you're installing.

What USB did you boot to, and how were you able to fix it without doing a clean install of Windows?
