My configuration is as follows: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3, AMD FX-6100, 4 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 (single module Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3/4GX) and 2x Mushkin 992013 (997013) 2 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM. Problem is that BIOS won't let me set frequency on 1600 Mhz but only 1333. I have tryed all combination on slots. Help needed !!

Change the "Set Memory Clock" from Auto to Manual and this should allow you to select the speed of the ram.

the Dram Configuration is the timings the ram is set to run at. Once you set teh ram to 1600 then make sure they are set to the highest of timings listed on all the ram sticks. you need to run the highest timing specified to make sure of compatibility.

OK, The issue is compatibility between the ram sticks. There are only limited things you can try to help with the compatibility. Those are upping the ram voltage from 1.5v to 1.6 - 1.65 max this can help sometimes. You cam manually set the ram timings looser than the highest timings mentioned on the sticks, this can sometimes help. You can up the CPU/NB voltage to 1.3 max, this adds voltage to the memory controller.

Give these a shot 1 at a time to see if it helps.
