My MOBO is a Gigabyte Z77N WI-FI, rev 3, my CPU is a Core 15 3570K and my RAM is Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10. The problem is that the RAM is supposed to run at 1600 mHz but only runs at 1333 mHz. I've gone into the BIOS and enabled XMP and chosen "profile 1" which allows me to increase the 'multiplier' to '16' but the multiplier doesn't change the RAM speed to 1600. I've updated the BIOS firmware to F3 and talked to Gigabyte's tech support, they have no answer other than the XMP changes. The utility CPU-Z reports both sticks as running at 1333 speeds. Any ideas? Thanks

What does it show in the memory tab of CPU-Z, if it's 1600 sticks, and you enabled XMP and selectted profile 1 you should be at 1600 (will show the true freq of 800 in the memory tab
