Whats the best Nvidia control panel graphic settings for GTX 970 SLI

Asus GTX 970 SLI
16gb 2400mhz

I'm playing The Witcher 2 and want to know if I'm playing it on the best image possible. I don't really understand NVidia control panel at all. So can someone post the best graphic options for it to test out? I heard FXAA makes games blurry so should I use this option. Is NVidia control setting really needed?

The default options are really the best. You should try to leave graphics options solely up to the game you're playing, unless it's older titles that can benefit from the use of forced AA/AF due to having no such options of their own.
