which cpu is best

i been looking at tablets and 2 that i seen have ALLWINNER cpus in them. one is a A31S the other is A33. which is better and why? i see one has a L2 cache of 1mb the other 512k. also does anyone know the speeds? thanks in advance

ALLWINNERs are used in budget tablets, you're not going to find much on them because TBH they are cheap and not the best performers. The difference in cache you won't even notice, it will still be slow. The tablet will do the job but pretty poorly, but if you're looking for anything good you need to stick to something like a Samsung, Asus, etc that has a Qualcomm or Samsung or whatever processor instead.
