moving all parts from 32bit system to 64bit system

i've got the motherboard from my old 64bit system with its cpu, cpu fan and case, i know that the ram is different so that will have to be replaced. but what about the other things? is there 32bit hard drive etc or is it all the same? also the case that my 64bit system is in is alot smaller, will i have to worry about size?

32-bit or 64-bit system makes no difference where choice of hard drive is concerned.
Can't answer your case size question as there are too many unknown details, but generally speaking if both motherboards in each system are the same form-factor you should be okay.
