I have this Dell Laptop I'd like to sell, however when I look up its model number it doesn't have the same specs as the standard model. It was a gift from my uncle a few years back and I think he had some upgrades or what have you done to it, hence the difference from the model number. I want to sell it (I have 3 laptops and 1 desktop, and need a little more $$ for a second desktop for my wife). But I don't know what its worth frankly, I'll list its model number, then the specs I pulled directly from dxdiag and speccy. Any thoughts advice would be greatly appreciated, also any suggestions on where to sell it would be appreciated as well, I will use some local websites but more options would be nice.

Dell Inspiron N7110.

The speccy specs-

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 @ 2.00GHz 37 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 09G8VY (CPU) 44 °C
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz)
(Illegal Vendor ID)
Hard Drives
625GB TOSHIBA TOSHIBA MK6475GSX (SATA) 23 °C
Optical Drives
Optiarc DVDRWBD BC-5540H
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

The Dxdiag specs are the same as these, but it gives a little more detail on the cpu sayings its a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.0GHz. Other then that its a 17.3 inch screen, in fantastic shape and the OS is a legit normal copy/version. Once again any thoughts on what to sell this for, and where are greatly appreciated.

I'm really not sure, I have a few laptops and I can't quite remember, I really wanna say it has this Intel HD Graphics 3000 in it, but I just can't remember. I'll be off work in about an hour and I'll be able to check and update it exactly.
