First symtoms was random PC lock up. It just locks and then random hard drive noises and boom PC just froze and noise coming out from the hard drive. This is my hard drive on the link.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Caviar-500GB-SATAIII-Cache-Internal/dp/B00461G3MS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428789966&sr=8-1&keywords=Western+Digital+500

Second my monitor doesn't starts at all everything is correcly plugged in. It's probably Power supply's fault. My pc is new i builded it. All the parts are 2months old except my power supply it's 5 years old i didn't changed it. It's probably the Power supply making those symptoms.

In case you need my PC information whats inside it's

GPU GTX 650 1gb OC
RAM 6
CPU AMD FX6350 3.50ghz
Motherboard 970a- G43
Hard drive WD Blue 500gb

Random crash, freezing PC, hard drive noises while gaming.
It doesn't freezes on weak games that doesn't asks big requirements. Half Life 2, Garry's Mod, Counter Strike 1.6, Safari Biathlon. However it does not freeze or crashes on dekstop or while browsing the internet. It only happens when i play PC games. That is all. And hard drive makes noises when game frozes. Any ways to fix that or i should get rid of the hard drive or power supply 5 years old or 1 month old hard drive. Or this might be my motherboard problems? My PC is new but the oldest part is Power supply it's 5 years old. Maybe it's my power supply but i am not sure. But sounds coming from Hard drive. Hard drive wasn't that hot at all and nothing is overheating.
GPU 47c
CPU 50c
Hard Drive 47c

Except motherboard i bought lame model 970a g43 i heard alot of people about heat problems about this motherboard. Any cheap power supply suggested would be great our country currency is Euros.

i planned to buy this one but i am not sure if it's the good one. I don't need weak or lame power supply that already brokes from no reason or overheats or keeps doing the same symptoms like my old one does.

Solution
It can be PSU or HDD, It can be both
but HDD tend to be more self-destruct than PSU (if a HDD is failing, only the HDD itself will fail, if a PSU is failing, ALL components are in danger) so, get a better PSU
and if your monitor didnt show up anything, it can be PSU or Mobo, or BOTH

there is a reason why a monitor is blank, first your Mobo is not starting OR, your Mobo refuses to start
a failing PSU can cause both so yes, get a better PSU :)

also, any PSU will be likely to fit any case so dont worry about it

10 times all the time when PC froze or i restart it while it's frozen it' does that in BIOS automatically. It doesn't helps at all. No error. Only bad sector but now i fixed it but hard drive still makes that rebooting noise. Or clicking noise i have no idea how to describe it. If nothing will help i will sell this PC for parts. Reinstalling windows didn't helped either.

It's not my hard drive problem. It's power supply. I googled power supply symptoms and i saw one of the symptom that im having it right now on my pc. It's random locking up on PC while gaming, browsing etc. And im having it. Now today i had new symptom it's monitor doesn't starting black screen even if i replugged it. Everything is plugged correcly. Power supply doesn't gives power to monitor. In order to fix this and make my PC normal like new again i need new power supply. All my parts are around 2 3 months old they are still good and works perfectly no overheating except my motherboard. I bought lame motherboard that bad cooling or system who knows all i know it's model 970a-g43. My power supply is 5 years old. Thats probably the reason my PSU is too old and probably overused that would be my own awnser.

I would suggest against that psu simply because it looks more like a budget psu. Remember that a power supply is just as important, if not more important than the rest of the parts in a pc. You need to make sure that you get a quality power supply to avoid damaging your other components. I make sure that the power supplies I buy have at least an 80+ gold rating to avoid power fluctuation. It's never a good idea to cheap out on a power supply, I made that mistake a long time ago.

I would suggest this psu for your situation:

Corsair is known for making quality power supplies, so this product should suit your needs quite well.

The CX and CS series are not quality power supplies however - the CX series is known for using poor quality capacitors, if the Seasonic S12 series is available in Lithuania that would be a much safer bet. Just because it has the name of a company on it that is known for quality products, not everything they make is quality. All brands have their strengths and weaknesses.

This would be better - it is a bit more expensive but will be a much better unit:

Thanks for reply.
my cheap psu holded out and survived and worked perfectly for 5 years and it was cheap, about 10euros. No idea whats the problem about cheaper ones. I don't have powerfull rig like most people do. GTX 980 4gb intel core i7 AMD FX8500 etc. Im not really sure if i might need that really overpowered. Well if you say cheap isn't good then what about medium price. You know im not that rich righ now i just have 30euros in my pocket and right now im just sitting with my dad's laptop. and the second problem is will it fit in my computer box? it's a simple PC box not those special big ones like for gaming to fit in big graphics cards or special cooling

A midranged PSU is fine, just make sure that it has a reliable power output. As for the size of the PSU just make sure that it follows the form factor standards. Atx power supplies are the most common form factor. I'd suggest looking into what form factor your case supports before buying.

search your case up on newegg.com and check the specs

Most power supplies are ATX. If your case is an ATX case (meaning it supports ATX motherboards) then it will most likely support an ATX power supply.

Atx is a form factor. It basically determines the size of motherboards, cases, and power supplies.
