so i recently built a new pc and it seemed to work just fine until i decided to play a game on it whenever i play wow on my pc it will last 5 mins or so then shut off i wont be able to turn it back on for about 2 mins then when i turn it on it acts like nothing ever happened i thought it was overheating so i decided to play it again and monitor the cpu temp and it was around 30 degreses when it shut off i have a 650 watt power supply and a gtx 960 could the power supply be too low or is sometbing else wrong ?
