CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASROCK Z97 KILLER Motherboard
Memory : Vengeance Pro 12800/1600Mhz CL9 KIT of 2 (8GB)
Storage: SEAGATE 1TB 7200R 64M SATA3
Video Card: GTX750TI-OC-2GD5
Case: CM N300 ATX USB3.0
Power Supply: CORSAIR CX600M BRONZE MOD
Optical Drive: SAMSUNG 24X SATA DVDRW OEM
The above is the parts I'm getting and I'm hoping to build one CPU that's capable of playing almost all games(eg: DOTA 2, CS:GO, NBA2k15, SKYRIM) with decent graphics. The total cost is around SGD1061, so I'm not very sure whether these parts are good enough or not. Please give me some opinions as I'm hoping to cut down the cost as much as possible. THANKS GUYS!!! :)

the 290 build is the best

Hi

Just a reminder the i3 is a dual core cpu with hyper threading
I5 are quad core

If you want to upgrade in the future to a i5 K then a good quality motherboard and chipset is a good idea
But if you never intend to upgrade the cpu then a cheaper motherboard which does not support overclocking is ok

I leave it to others whether any of the games you play benefit from 4 real cores or not

Also you should consider if a win 8.1 oem or full version should be purchased .
Version 8 oem was transferable to a new motherboard but 8.1 oem is not
