Gaming Build Good or Bad?

I want to buy a pc for myself so i can edit and play games on it. I will be doing a lot of editing as i have a growing youtube channel. I will be editing in photoshop and vegas. I highly reccomend Shadow's build above me, it does in fact give you much better performance. You may have to add something like a Hyper 212 evo to it though to help keep the xeon icey.

I've seen people get into the upper 70s with the stock cooler on Xeons. That's why I reccomend going for that other cooler. The TDP of my E6850 Core 2 Duo is only 65w but I can get into the upper 70s with prime 95 blends.
