My rig:
Ram: corsair vengeance 8GB 1x
PSU: Corsair Vs550
Mobo: GA-78LMT-S2
GPU: R9 270x
CPU: FX6300
Drivers: AMD Catalyst beta 15.3
Resolution and OS: 1366×768 Windows 7 64bit
Gaming Res: 1366×768
CPU running on stock cooler and on stock Frequency.

AC= Assassins Creed

My Questions:

1) AC Revelation (v1.03): Game is smooth GPU usage 70-80 and temperature 70-85°C. What causing this?

2) AC3 (v1.06): Fully smooth at max but gpu temperature is 70-80°C also changing graphics from menu or from ini file does not actually change graphics. tweaking AA settings doesn't work at all :(

3) AC4 (v1.0): Fully smooth at max but Changing AA from MSAA to higher screen goes black but sound is hearable and GPU usage is 60-70 and temperature 70-80°c. :-?

4) AC Unity (v1.0): Crashes every time when MSI afterburner is installed but it lags a lot on even low settings when MSI afterburner is uninstalled. Don't knowthe GPU temperature :-/ and usage. Is there any other app that i can try to check the temperature and usage?

5) Dying light (v1): huge lags and GPU temperature is 56-70°c on low settings it works just fine. I tweaked it with 50% view distance, texture medium everything high and on. Game works with decent FPS but GPU temperature rises to 82°C.

Is there any way to reduce the GPU temperature below 70 nearly 60? Also tell me an app to check the CPU temp too. i couldn't find in MSI Afterburner... and is my Cpu temperature also high? Is TX3 EVO Cpu cooler is good enough? also suggest a cooling paste.
Plz help!!! and thanks for reading till here
and all the games are legally bought from Flipkart.com all games are original..

PS: AC Unity i ran the game as administrator and volla!! Game is playable in ultra settings but MSAA 2x. No problem with this game but Gpu temperature is high I can feel the heat :p. but can't check with afterburner u know y..

THANKS ALOT! TOMSHARDWARE is the best!!! B-) ????
I'm from

??????????

so post links from amazon or Flipkart.com only plz

Afterburner should show a lot of information about the GPU, including its temperatures perhaps you have an older version which is causing trouble, here's a link to a late version: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/msi-afterburner-beta-download.html and some info on how to use it: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=161235.0

Which part of India are you in? the climate varies so if you're in a hot region you'll have to expect your system to run hotter than those of us who live in cooler parts of the world.

You may be able to lower the system temperatures by adding fans or improving those already installed, but we need to know the details of the system case and the fans.

Even with demanding games I think your system is producing over 60 FPS, so it's working harder than it needs to, applying vsync will stop this and should help lower temperatures all round.

Other useful monitoring tools include: HWInfo, Speedfan and GPUZ.

The AC series are not exactly AMD friendly so you AA issue may be solved by patching it.

@Coozi thanks dude! I'm from Delhi. Does afterburner shows Cpu temperature? Also Black Flag I've Mini Atx cabinet of cooler master ... Sugget me a cooling paste and cpu and gpu cooler. Is gpu cooler replacable?

OK, you're somewhere HOT!
Yes the CPU cooler can be replaced and upgraded but we need to know exactly what case you have because a lot of coolers will not fit in small cases.
All the available CPU coolers I know of are supplied with thermal past already applied or they include a little syringe of it, so you do not need to buy thermal paste.
As far as I know Afterburner does not show the CPU temperature but HWInfo does, it also shows a lot more. ;)

Missed that bit.
Yes, it is usually possible to replace the GPU cooler but it is easier to set a more aggressive fan profile in Afterburner.
In the Afterburner instructions I linked there is a section called Fan Control. You can see a graph with four little squares on a line, put the tip of the mouse pointer over a square, hold the right button down and you can drag the square to a new position, the line follows. By repositioning all four squares you can change the profile as you wish.

PS:
Also I'm not able to check my Cpu temperature with Hwinfo64 :(

I got an asus r9 270 dcu2 and it never exceed 65c even when i am playing crysis 3 full setting, I suppose 85c is kinda crazy for 270x, Unless you're 270x is a reference card?
