Yes, this will out perform the Xbox One in many ways. Personally I would get a better PSU. Not that the CX is bad, but if your spending that kind of money I would get another series from Corsair such as the HX.

The simplistic answer is yes it is in many way's however comparing a PC and a console is very hard to quantify. Your build is a nice build but I like to make a few recommendations. First off although Amazon might be the cheapest place to buy your gear its not the best place to go as you don't get the tech support where as if you go to a supplier like Novatec, Newgerr or eBuyer you get the tech support should you have any problems.
I would recommend “Artic Silver 5” for your thermal compound not just because it’s a more reputable paste but it is in fact a better compound. I wouldn’t recommend MSI for their graphic cards, AMD or Nvidea cards I would personally recommend

But most of all don’t get that Asus Monitor, The Dell Ultra Sharp U2412M is a much better monitor and you get an extra Inch of screen size.
