Hey everyone,
I just recently installed a new Noctua NH-D14 Cooler for my CPU and now I'm running into memory issues. Tried loading up Cities Skylines this morning and had to close the application because of low memory issues. I've never had problems like that before (able to run BF4 with no issues). I played DotA 2 with my friends last night after putting the PC back together and didn't have problems then either.
I'm running Windows 8.1 64x, so I don't think it's an issue with that. I'm hoping it's not an issue with the thermal paste or CPU, I wouldn't even know what to do at that point. Already checked my motherboard to see if it was up to date, and the motherboard detects both RAM stick as well. Any help is appreciated.
