It's a good low end build. If you wanna play games though, you really need to consider a graphics card. Otherwise, fine.
Personally I would consider a hybrid drive instead of the Caviar Blue for quicker boot speed, program loads etc.

Just casual computer usage. Watching youtube videos, playing a few minor games (e.g. Roblox), playing dvds, using word processors, etc.
