How to install Windows 8.1 on new PC build from a USB?!

Hey guys, I am so confused as how to install 8.1 on my new PC build, I understand I will need to download it from the store. But how would I go about putting it on a USB, making it bootable when I start up my new PC? Btw, I don't have a Windows PC in my house currently, and will need to do everything on a Mac, pls help :)

In order to boot from the USB drive, you need to go into your motherboard's BIOS and depending on which motherboard you have you set the boot order to use your USB drive as your primary boot device, then your primary storage drive as your secondary boot device.

It all automated so you just need to choose the option and it will do it for you. It's not that hard. It's just the same as putting the DVD into the optical drive.
