Maximum Supported Memory clock VS Current Memory Clock

I just upgraded from 1333mhz ram to Kingston's HyperX Red 1600mhz ram.

I set my BIOS to have it run at 800mhz. This is shown in HWinfo:
Maximum Supported Memory Clock: 666.7 MHz
Current Memory Clock: 803.6 MHz (4 : 1 ratio)

Why is my Max Clock lower than Current Clock?
Am I running at 1600mhz?
 
Solution
Yes you're running at 1600 (true clock 803.6 x2 = 1607.2 as it's Double DATA rate. The 1333 is max initial boot speed (for when initially installed) befoer they set to their spec data rate
