The most graphics intense stuff however, will be handling is to output video from running a IP camera program for 4 cameras (not that intense I'd say!)

It is an i7-4790 on a Q87 server motherboard which only has VGA and no sound output.
I'd like it to be a card that works with the integrated graphics on the i7, but perhaps that doesn't matter much.

I don't have sound on the motherboard either so a card that put sound in the HDMI would be great, not if it is going to be a lot of money though. This will be run as a server using Windows 2012 R2. I can check on the drivers.

I appreciate your help!

What kind of PCI-express slot does it have? Mostly any card with an HDMI port does audio so get a cheap $40 AMD or Nvidia card. Just like to know what motherboard so can look up the specs to make sure it can handle a Pcie 2.0 or 3.0 card. PCI express is supposed to be backward compatible down to 1.1, but some newer cards don't work on 1.1 slots.

Thank you for the help. It is a x16 2.0 or 3.0 slot (one of each). I think I found the best option though. Nvidia makes their NVS series for businesses and people who need more than one monitor. The NVS 310 and 315 models are for 2 displays, (the 510 version is 4 but is very expensive) Both the 310 and 315 have output in DisplayPort format that supports HDMI w/audio when used with an adapter.

It has a max power consumption of 19.5 W so I think it is perfect.

For anyone else looking for a Windows Server card this website has all the compatible hardware and software listed: http://www.windowsservercatalog.com

The only other one listed that was in my price range was the NVidia GTS 450 which was better for games and stuff, but more power is required.
