Samsung EVO 850 cannot run W7.1 week after install

I did the data migration. I was having lightning speed startups and no issues Until today, magically my SSD cannot work. I can't open network options to check my wifi. When I disable startup programs, it will display error messages and tell me to restart the system. I need help, I'm not in the mood to deal with things that should work, especially when you spend $400 on a storage device.

without a lot to go on, one suggestion i'll make is to go into BIOS and reset all to default settings - there should be a selection for that, on my system it's "F5" - i had some similiar issues when i first installed a samsung xp941 ssd in mine, and finally figured out it was resetting bios setting to raid, and activating "intel Rapid Storage Technology" - when i dis-abled that and set it back to AHCI all was well
