Can I run GTA 5 with ultra settings at 55 fps minimum? FX-8350 R9 270

I have a pretty good system, but I'm not sure. Will this run GTA 5 at ultra settings at 55-70 fps?

CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: Gigabyte R9 270
RAM: 8 Gigabytes @1866
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit

It depends on what resolution. 1080p may be able to run at ultra but 4K: Not even close. But make sure to keep an eye on temperatures for graphics card as GTA at Ultra is very demanding and make sure to install new GTA drivers for your Graphics card otherwise you will experience low frame rates and massive drops.
