ATI I/O Communications Processor SMBus Controller
Direct memory access Controller
High precision event timer
Numeric data processor
Programmable interrupt controller
System speaker
System timer

All of these drivers are listed as "No drivers installed for this device" yet when I attempt to update them, I get a message saying that I am using the most recent driver.......

Solution
Since you're on the most recent bios version, have the most recent chipset drivers installed, and none of those are actually showing as remarked, with any kind of symbol next to them that would indicate a problem, I don't think I'd worry too much about it. Some components don't require drivers. Many of my core components show similar to what you've got on the screen there and it's not an issue. Core components with direct hardware support through the BIOS may or may not require independent driver support, depending on the chipset and platform. They may simply have a lower level of hardware support than the driver framework.

I'd make sure I had the most recent GPU drivers installed, in a CLEAN fashion, and then see how it does. You can...

I installed the most resent AMD chipset and am still getting the same message under the aforementioned drivers "No drivers are installed for this device"

How old is the board? How old is the OS installation? Have there been any other issues leading up to the discovery that some of the core hardware isn't showing as reading correctly?

You might try right clicking on each item, selecting remove or uninstall, and then rebooting afterwards. The system might freeze up after component removal and if it does just restart and then go back and check to see if that particular item is still listed as a problem.

These drivers are not actually displaying any sort of warning or error message. I had my computer crash today after gaming for a few hours (WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR) and was seeking a solution to the issue when I discovered that those particular drivers display that message under "Device Status" I bought the board brand new in September of 2014.

Yeah, I think you are probably right. I really appreciate your help. This issue has had me baffled for several hours. If you don't mind, could I pose one more question to you? My computer was crashing a few months ago fairly often after hours of gaming. My BSOD analyses kept reading as "WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR" which is a vague error that essentially says that the computer suffered from a fatal hardware error. I had read that this can be caused by overheating so I took my side-panel off for a couple of months and my computer quit crashing. However, recently I bought some new fans and put the side panel back on and a week later, I get the same BSOD. This is actually what led me to investigate the possibility of outdated or missing drivers. Have you ever heard of this particular error?

That error could be related to a number of things. I'm not particularly strong in the area of debugging, but we have a few members who are. You would need to find your crash dumps, best found by doing a search of your C: drive by searching for *.dmp, and upload them to a free text file hosting service then creating a thread specific to debugging the crash dumps. Member johnbl is particularly good in this area.

Couple of things I'd try. First, do the clean driver install as outlined at the link above. If your OS has been around a while and collected a good amount of program installations, I'd go into Programs and features and uninstall any older programs you may not be using any more as well.

Two, I'd run an SFC/Scannow to see if there are any file system issues. Don't worry that it says Windows 8, it's the same method for 7:
