GTX 750TI Games freeze

Hello.
I recently bought NVIDIA GTX 750TI.
I downloaded the latest drivers. But, the games won't start. I only get a blank screen. for some games it displays the name of developers and all but freezes when it is supposed to load home menu. The movies and all work fine.
Please help, I was super excited about getting the graphic Card...the games worked fine with my old graphic card. I have 6gb of ram and Intel I3 2.93ghz

Full system build, please. Include CPU, motherboard, memory, power supply (exact model). A graphics card driver version and operating system version would also help.

Its Intel I3 530 2.93 GHz processor. 6 GB of RAM, Win 7 Ultimate 32 Bit OS. 450W Zebronics Value PSU. motherboard is Intel dh55tc.

There are few issues I can see right off the bat.

- you are using a 32bit OS with 6GB of memory; you need 64bit Windows to use 6GB - currently you are only able to use 3.5GB of your RAM, thus many games will refuse to work due to your RAM, not your graphics card

- 750Ti is easy on power, but that Zebronics PSU is junk quality. For gaming of any kind, get Seasonic, XFX, Antec HCG. For your system even a 400W PSU would do just fine, but you need a reputable brand PSU, not this one. Heck, even Corsair CX would be way better, and it is considered an average at best in terms of quality.

thanks for suggestions. But what I was concerned about was that the games worked fine with my previous graphic card. and I'm talking about FIFA and stuff.the only things I changed are graphic card and drivers They do not need heavy hardware.

If that's the case, what is the version of your nvidia drivers? And does your card have an auxiliary 6pin power connector on it which you forgot to connect the power to?

It is the latest version- 347.88. No, it doesn't have an option for 6 pin power connector.

New or used card? If at all possible, try to test it in another computer. If it works there, the card is OK and at least we can tell something else is to blame. But if it doesn't... it is likely a defective card.
