Hello!
I have a problem with MB and current RAM: while i put there into double-channel mode my win8.1x64 write "8GB(3.96 available)". But while i put two plank into single-channel mode on channel A - win8.1 wrote 8GB. And some problem with channel B-while i put planks into chanel B - pc don't start.

What CPU cooler? It may be too tight on a corner or side, throwing the MC (memory controller) off. Try loosening then snugging back down, not overly tight. Could also try a CPU/NB voltage increase to 1.2 and might check the CPU for bent broken pins. If none of those, then may be a bad MC or a bad mobo
